Wrong hardware
Very impressed with the weight and obvious quality of the product. However, when installing the rod itself we found that the bolts that were included were too short. We are going to have to go to the hardware store and try to find the right size. There was no manufacturer information including in the packaging! Very disappointed.

valet rod
This item was advertised as a 16 inch valet rod. In fact no part of the entire product was 16 inches and the valet rod was 7 inches or less. In my opinion both the image and the product description were deceptive. I am returning it.

Someone recommended this to me and I am surprised at how often I use it. It's very useful. It hides well and to the extent I can see it, it looks good.

I am having to return these valet rods because they only work on the 12" deluxe and 16" units. These rods will not work on the 12" standard system.
