Editorial Review :
Hunter has brought beauty to the bathroom. Whether it's a design feature or blends into the ceiling, a bathroom fan is more than a quick way to keep the mirror from fogging. Hunter bathroom fans provide superior air movement to remove excess moisture from your home – and away from your family – before it creates an unhealthy environment. That is a truly beautiful thing, indeed. Great looking and quiet
As others have stated, this is a great looking fan and very quiet. Installation was straight forward with good directions for various install needs. Just add an electronic timer like this one: Woods 59008 Decora Style 60-30-20-10, and you've got a great way to vent your bathroom and prevent mildew.

Great buy
Waited to buy a new fan to replace another, couldn't find anything in local stores that matched the price. My installer a veteran electrician commented that it was the quietest fan he had ever installed and looked wonderful. I really love it and it matches my other lighting fixtures perfectly. Delivery was very prompt.

Why logo? Why?????
So you see the photo of this light/fan? See how there is no sign of the Hunter logo in the center of the glass? Well, when you get the fixture, you'll find a big white logo stenciled onto the glass. You cannot miss it. I'm giving this fixture one star unless I can somehow remove the logo. Will post an update when I've either accomplished that or ruined the glass.
**UPDATE** I used nail polish remover and some Q-tips. Removed the logo perfectly. No damage to the frosted glass, it seems. I'll upgrade my review again once installed.

Hate the Logo on the Glass
I read of all these rave reviews before purchasing this fan, and I can't believe that nobody mentioned the huge "Hunter" logo that's on the frosted glass. It doesn't show in the photo, but right in the middle of the glass, it says "Hunter" in big white letters. It completely ruins the look of the fan. If I had seen the logo before the electrician had installed the fan, I would have returned it immediately. The logo makes it look cheap, cheap, cheap. Other than that, the fan is pretty big--bigger than I envisioned (but as advertised). The fan looks very big in a small bathroom. It's very quiet. I would NOT recommend this fan to anybody because of that big dumb logo. Now I have to search for replacement glass to fit a brand new fixture. (Too bad I bought two of them!) Grrrrrr.

Great bathroom light/fan and the Hunter logo does come off.
Renovating a small full bath in an older house and it's so nice to move into the 21st. century with a fan...an end to the fogged mirror. At first, when unpacked, it seemed big, but it looks great and works great. The guy that installed it for us, commented on how well made it was and how easy the installation went.
And by the way, one reviewer complained about the Hunter logo on the glass globe. I spent about 30 seconds with a paper towel and some "Goo Off", the stuff you use to take price tag glue off, and no more logo. The logo was painted on the outside, so no damage to the frosting, which is internal.

Millbridge Collection Oil Rubbed Bronze Recessed Toilet Paper Holder * Outside: 6 x 6" * Inside: Requires a 5 x 5" hole in the wall * Depth: Minimum 2" * 15 year limited warranty
Customer Review :
Remodel
We're remodeling our bathroom. We went to the oiled bronze accents. The recessed toilet paper holder fit in nicely.
Rating :
Quality Mediocre, Plastic roll holder.
I bought this in conjunction with the amazing Franklin Brass 9097SN Toilet Paper Holder with Beveled Edges, Recessed, Satin Nickel. I wish I had just gotten another one of those. The Franklin Brass TP holder is solid, with a matching metal holder rod, where the Millbridge is of lower quality and has a plastic holder. It doesn't really look like it's "oil-rubbed bronze," more like it's just painted black with scraped edges. It doesn't have the Charmin "Mega-Roll" capacity that the Franklin Brass product does, either. It does come with a mount that works fairly well, however.
Pros: Comes with mount that works OK.
Cons: Too shallow for ultra-large rolls. Cheap-ish construction. Doesn't look as bronze as the picture. More black.
Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend this unless you need a dark, recessed holder, like I did. I would stick with the satin nickel Franklin Brass models if you could.

Black recessed toilet tissue holder
I am not an expert on toilet tissue holders, but I did do a bit of research. We only had a small amount of space and could not find a good, stable spot for the essential paper holder. This one turned out to be perfect and of good, solid quality. The contractor had no problem installing it and it works well with the bathroom decor. The roller part is plastic, just as others have mentioned, but it seems to be fine and should it break in the future, it can be easily replaced. I would highly recommend this product.

TP holder
It matched other fixtures in our bathroom. These are hard to find in this color at the local hardware/Do It Yourself stores. Very happy with it!

Looks GREAT
We just remodeled our bath room and put in all oil rubbed fixtures,, as in shower head and controls. Also a matching sink faucet to match the new tile. This product is consistant with our design plan and looks great. It is also easy to install.

Grrrrrrrreat!
We're using in the RV to hold vitamins and such. Works great.
It was shipped quickly.
Easy to install.

Excellent strength
These caddies are the bomb. I've tried suction holder ones, etc. and they just can't compare to these. They hold up GREAT and can withstand the weight of your bath/shower products. I've purchased 4 and used them at the cabin and home. They're another great Command strip product!
Rating :
Works Great
I did not want another corner unit because they are annoying to take down and clean and leave marks, plus I did not need 3 shelves. Suction cup units all fell down on me, sometimes after a couple weeks sometimes in minutes. When I saw this I thought it would be perfect. I do keep it on a dry wall (my tub/shower I am limited to where I can place things) Its been up for 3 months and never a problem. It may stick out too much for some people but its easily taken down and put back (unlike suction cups) It even comes with hook thing you can use for your shower puff or a shaver. I was between this one and the smaller one and chose this because I thought it was all open to place several bottles of shampoo etc. But the middle part is soap dish which I really do not need. I thought the larger unit would be too shallow for holding larger bottles of body wash but it holds just fine. Not sure how small the small unit is but if you don't need a soap dish you may be better off with the smaller unit.

Great item!!!!
Excellent alternative for those with limited storage space in the bathroom! Easy to install and extremely sturdy. It holds 3/33.8 oz bottles of shampoo/conditioner with ease!! Kudos 3M!
Rating :
Didnt work for me,followed instructions to the T
Quality plastic and looks to be very durable, but 48 hours and it was in the floor. But exterior double tape wouldnt hold it either. It may just be the tile in my shower. After several times of trying, I gave up and went back to a hang over the showerhead organizer.

Customer Review :
Yes, it's possible to love a soap dish!!
When I went to take my first shower in my new home, I was dismayed that the shower didn't have a spot to put the soap. Well technically it did, but it's like a few inches from the bottom of the tub. Convenient when you're bathing, but not exactly convenient when you're showering, unless of course you are Inspector Gadget **go-go-gadget arms*
So off I went in pursuit of a soap dish. I tried a few different styles and makes, none of which worked. They all fell off right away, some fell off even before I put the soap on them. They must have been tested really well ~sheesh.
Finally I came across the 3M Command soap dish, and I thought I would give it a try. I held my breath when I put it on, waiting for it to fall off right away, but it stayed put. I then loaded it with soap, and still it stayed put. I had a few showers, and I was in awe that it stayed put even when wet. I think it has been a few years since I installed it, and it is still firmly in place. It's magnificent! I love that it has slots in the bottom for the water to drain so your soap doesn't get yucky. Also, it is very easy to remove. You don't have to ruin your shower wall or the soap dish. How do I know that it's easy to remove? Well, I didn't like where I put it in the beginning and decided to move it - piece of cake!
I love all 3M Command products that I've used. They really know their stuff!
Rating :
love it
i bought this for my boyfriend's shower cos he has a stall with nowhere to put soap. easy to apply and stays on, love it, would recommend it!
Rating :
Sturdy
I've had this soap dish for a few weeks now. It's still strongly fixed to my bath tub wall. For those wondering, the plastic feels very sturdy and heavy duty. It is quite thick. So I have no concerns about that aspect of it. My only comment is that I wish 3M would give extra strips. The cost of buying water resistant replacement strips is almost the same as buying another one of these soap dishes. I'm also a bit concerned about how the drain holes are narrow slits. It hasn't been a problem for me yet, but I could easily see it clogging up and preventing drainage from the tray. That said, it's a minor detail. I still think this is a great product.
Rating :
Awesome!
This is a great soap dish. Inexpensive, holds on to the wall, the soap stays in the dish, not bad to look at, and best of all I can take it off the wall and throw it in the dishwasher when it gets grimy. A+ product
Rating :
Just what I needed
Our shower has a shelf to hold shampoos, etc. but it is not out of the way of water accumulating on it. When using bar soap it would be very messy. We tried other stick up soap dishes, but nothing would adhere to our textured tile. I am so happy that we found this dish by 3M. I put the soap dish in an area away from the water flow and the soap stays dry and seems like it will be there for a long time. Hurray for another great 3M product.

No hardware required. Hang item inside or outside cabinets. Nonabsorbent foam backing protects cabinets. Brushed stainless steel. 9.25'' L. x 2.5'' W. x 2.5'' H.
Customer Review :
Excellent product!
It's brushed nickel/stainless steel so it looks stunning and is the best idea for a renter, like me. There was nowhere to hang my dish towel, and as everyone who likes to hang theirs on the stove handle knows, some stoves aren't made for this. It fits perfectly on the corner cabinet door, the kind that has two sides and folds into a 90 degree angle with the lazy susan's inside. I highly recommend this item to everyone!

Handy, but unfortunately broke...twice
This was exactly what I needed for our kitchen and worked great for having a towel where the kids could reach it as well. Unfortunately it broke where it was welded within a month. The company was nice enough to send another but that one has now broken as well.

Very Handy and Looks Good Too ! ! !
If you don't have towel racks in your kitchen, this is the way to go. It looks good and does the job. There are many styles to choose from.

Towel Bar
It is an o.k. towel bar, does not stay on the cabinet door all that well so I put a towel on the door and clamp the hanging curves with a vise grip and it holds well now. I would have like to see it be more heavier and adjustable.
Overall, It works for what I need it for.
Rating :
Great For My Dish Cloth and Dish Towel
I purchased 2 of these for the two cabinet doors that are below my double sinks in the galley.
They are the perfect length for these doors and do not protrude so much that they are an impairment. The top mounting brackets fit well and the bars do not slide around when the doors are opened and closed. Each bar has protective padding to protect the finish.
The best part is that no drilling is required!

Question : Is it possible to change out the current hardware on my whirlpool bathtub?
I just bought a house and some of the fixtures are brass which I detest. I don't want to overhaul the bathroom and some upgrades on lighting, flooring and fixtures will do. Problem is, the entire bathroom is brass, down to the jets and hardware on the tub. Is it possible to swap these out with new hardware without yanking out the entire tub and replacing it with a new one? Thanks!
Answer:
Yes. Order them from the manufacturer.

Question : What type of improvements will help me sell my one bedroom one bathroom condo? I live in an urban location.?
I live on Capitol Hill in Wash, DC and need to sell my 1br/1ba condo in the next several months. I've seen a ton of sites that describe upgrades that can help you sell your home more quickly, but is there a list of upgrades that work for condos in large buildings? I don't want to make any improvements that are a waste of money... but I've been thinking about upgrading light fixtures, building out the walk-in closet, painting the place beige, and upgrading the bathroom hardware. We already have a good kitchen. What will get me the most mileage??The condo market here is ok. It's not nearly as bad as in suburban locations.
Answer:
Have you ever watched shows like "Sell This House" on tv? They give you great suggestions. Bathrooms are super important. Make sure the fixtures are updated. If the cabinets need to be updated, sometimes an inexpensive fix is painting. It really depends on what your place looks like. Neutral colors work well - if you use beige, use a light enough shade that it will work with any decor and keep the condo feeling bright and open. You could try a bold color on an accent wall or something like that. If the trim is wood and is outdated or dark, try maybe painting it white - it's more contemporary and looks cleaner. Make sure the carpet is clean. Flooring is important. If you need to replace the flooring, go with a bamboo - you can get it for less than $2 per sq ft on places likethe Lumber liquidators website, that's cheaper than carpet anyway & will add so much value to your home. Nice floors in general will help a sale - get rid of any vinyl, nobody wants that stuff!Replacing hardware is great. People LOVE walk in closets, but make sure you're not taking space away from another important spot like the bathroom - people dont' like cramped bathrooms.

Question : Bathroom renovation needs help! Black vanity & cabinet, white wainscoting, brushed nickel hardware. What PaINT?
I've bought 3 color samples and can't get it right! I have white wainscoting panels for the walls, and a black vanity and mirror. Should I go "celery green", "harvest brown", "teepee brown", or "tropical pool blue". I have a really small bathroom, 5X10 feet, so I don't want to make the room seem too small, and am worried the paneling or a darker color will do that. However, the paneling will help with some pretty messed up drywall that would be even more difficult to completely cut out and patch. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!
Answer:
What is the color of the tile?
