SHRINK & SEAL INDOOR WINDOW KITS - See through film & tape ~ Installs around entire window or patio door ~ Eliminates drafts & frosts ~ Creates dead air space ~ Increases insulating R-Value
Customer Review :
better stuff available, look around first!!!
I used this brand the first year I sealed my house in November. By january, most of the tape had pulled up, and the seals were no longer leak resistant. The tape is sub-par, but the plastic is standard. Had no problem easily getting 3 windows. Shop around, 3-m makes great outdoor and ok indoor stuff. Frost King is a decent indoor, ok outdoor alternative.

Good double-stick tape
I found the plastic sheeting in this package very thin, easy to tear, and difficult to trim with a scissor. Measure your window before buying this product! My window opening was 42" x 46" which is slightly too large for this kit because the plastic sheet is 42" x 64". As a workaround, I purchased 3mil thick plastic sheeting (12'x 9') and cut a piece that was the right size (with enough room for 3" overhang on each side) to seal my window. The double-stick tape in this package is actually pretty decent for this application.
By the way, this item (M-D Building Products 42-by-62-Inch Shrink and Seal) was available at my local Lowe's for $1.98 each.
